Drinking Water

"Proper hydration is critical for your health!"

                                                             Molly Shattuck

Along with eating, it's imperative to be well hydrated with water. Drink at least 90 ounces of cool or room-temperature water every day. It will continuously flush your system, give you energy, make you feel full, and help maintain healthy skin.

Your body needs this water. Molly suggests that you drink your first 30 ounces of water as soon as you wake up. You should drink your second 30 ounces between breakfast and lunch, and drink your final bottle of water between lunch and dinner.

Medical experts have found that not drinking enough water can lead to many problems:

·      not absorbing other essential nutrients,
·      fatigue,
·      headaches,
·      disorientation,
·      weight gain,
·      chronic constipation,
·      memory loss,
·      kidney malfunction, and
·      high cholesterol.

Molly’s Vibrant Living 30 oz. BPA-free water bottle is an easy, attractive way to measure your water consumption. All of us at Vibrant Living carry our water bottles with us all day, every day. We drink plain tap or filtered water. Why spend money and harm the environment with bottled water?
