Molly Launches Maryland's First Healthy Harvest for the Hungry.--WBALTV  

The United Way of Central Maryland's Access to Healthy Food Initiative and Healthy Food Ambassador, Molly Shattuck, have joined forces with the Harvest for the Hungry to add a healthy twist to giving. As a result of Molly's leadership efforts, participating in the Harvest are Maryland Lt. Governor Anthony Brown, Baltimore Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake, Anne Arundel County Executive John Leopold, Baltimore County Executive Kevin Kamenetz, Harford County Executive David Craig and Howard County Executive Ken Ulman.

Molly Shattuck, Healthy Food Ambassador at United Way, and Greg Ten Eyck, Safeway Food, talk about their organizations' support for the 26th Annual Harvest for the Hungry. From March 3 through 10, 2012, Maryland residents can participate in Healthy Harvest for the Hungry in three different ways. Also, Safeway will be hosting a shopping spree where lucky viewer and corporate teams will compete to get the most healthy food in 3 minutes. Watch the interview.
